With more than 20 years of experience he worked for companies such as Unilever, Localiza, Band, Labtest, CDL/ SPC Brasil, and GM. Always involved in sales challenges, trade marketing, development of new businesses, markets, and diversification of sales channels and operations, André led successful teams and projects wherever he went.

Pragmatic, with a strong sense of urgency and focused on results, he dedicates his efforts to developing simple methods to achieve exceptional results.
